| This is a multi-provider on-call contract to provide tree services to Caltrans. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, parts and equipment necessary to provide emergency and/or routine tree services to Caltrans-owned right of way residential and commercial properties in the Counties of Los Angeles and Ventura. The contract will be awarded to the three (3) lowest responsible/reasonable bidders, based on their total bid amount. A C61/D-49 (Tree Service) license is required. Bonds: At time of bid submittal, a bid bond is required. Prior to commencement of work, if the task order is over $5,000.00, a payment bond will be required. At time of award the following insurance will be required: commercial general liability, automobile liability and workers' compensation/employer's liability. The Small Business preference will be granted on this IFB. Payment of prevailing wages will be required on this contract. |
